I am experiencing leaking and I was told I was a prime candidate for a pelvic muscle procedure to stop or limit the amount of leaking I currently have.  Any suggestions?"  The other question is "Hi Dr. Mistry and Donna Lee. Awesome, funny, informative podcast! I'm a 65 male, 5/7, 145 lbs, sport active, eat very healthy, and on no prescribed medications. My problem is low semen volume. I realize this has a lot to do with age, but it's actually been a problem since my 20s. It's really low now even with limited 2x/week masturbation. I have no problems with erections, though. I read a lot about Ashwagandha and Fenugreek supplements that MAY help produce more semen volume and testosterone. After 3 weeks at my physical exam, my doctor told me to stop the supps b/c Fenugreek is for pregnancy and Ashwagandha can be very toxic to the liver. I stopped even though I did notice a slight improvement in just those 3 weeks. In this episode, Dr. Mistry and Donna Lee share some jokes with you that you'll (maybe not) enjoy.  They will also answer some listener questions about saw palmetto and whether stimulants affect sex drive or not.  Do you know what supplement saw palmetto helps?  Well, here's a teaser from the Google...It's ripe fruit is used to make medicine. Saw palmetto seems to lower the amount of pressure on the tubes that carry urine in males. Saw palmetto also might prevent testosterone from being converted to a more potent form called dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
