In this episode of Astral Dimensions, out of body explorer Vincent Field provides detailed, step by step instructions on the two most effective astral projection techniques that he has ever used to produce consistent out of body experiences over a period of almost 23 years.

The first technique Vince describes, which is a unique variation of the wake back to bed method (WBTB), is one he started using as a beginner which produced incredible results.

The second technique explained in this episode is an evolution of the first technique which was fine tuned over the years to produce even faster and more reliable projections.
