Brett Gallaway, one of the founders of the Steak Cookoff Association, joined me to recap the big events that have taken place since last month and gives us a look ahead to the big events coming up over the next 2-3 weeks.  He also mentioned the new date and location for the SCA World Championship to be held in Forth Worth Texas.

Also on in this episode, Max Good from www.amazingribs.com stopped by to talk about the 2018 HPBExpo and how he was a judge for the Vesta awards.  HOW FUN!!  We talked about the HUB Grill and the Vision/Ikon ceramic cooker that has agas heating insert.  So, when you don’t want to use your ceramic as a charcoal cooker, you can jam this insert in and make it a straight up gasser!!!  Cool??!!  You tell me below!  They are also supposed to be dropping a pellet insert as well in the next few months or so.  Stay tuned for follow up podcasts!
