There are simple lifestyle changes we can make in order to experience lasting results.
In today’s episode, I share my personal experience with adopting the Mediterranean diet as a lifestyle. It helped me to lose weight and reverse Type 2 Diabetes. Not only that, I no longer have high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
A simple change to my eating habits helped me to completely get off meds, and finally achieve good health. Because of those changes and remaining consistent, my doctor confirmed that I no longer need meds.
In this episode:
Your journey may be tough. Know that anything worth pursuing won’t be easy, but the results are worth the effort.

If you’re finding it difficult to exercise on a regular basis, you’re not alone.
Oftentimes, when some people think of losing weight, they either focus on what they eat, or their exercise. Some people prioritize one or the other.
Healthy eating and regular exercise go hand-in-hand when it comes to developing a healthy lifestyle.
In today’s episode, I’m going to focus primarily on exercise by discussing the importance of making exercise and nutrition a lifestyle and not a short-term fix.

We’ve all heard that it’s important to drink lots of water every day.
I had to come to the reality that I was not drinking enough water every day. I was drinking way too much soda and other sugary drinks. It was nothing for me to drink sweet tea or lemonade, or soda with every meal.
When I decided to take my health seriously, I had to stop ignoring the fact that my body was craving sweets and sugary drinks because that’s what I kept feeding it.
