We grow up with parents, teachers and guardians that don’t know how to allow us to express anger, sadness and fear. This causes us to hold our emotions inside of our body, in our nervous systems. Over time, these trapped emotions manifest as limiting beliefs, pain, anxiety, depression, autoimmune conditions, sickness and so much more.
If we want to create a more conscious, loving and creative society, we have to learn how to release all that we’ve been holding in. How to support one another to feel our emotions and not deem it as “weird” or “too much” any longer.
