Liv is a past client, friend, business woman, and personal trainer. While working with me, she recovered from HA (hypothalamic amenorrhea - which is the loss of period from under eating, over exercising and stress). She has now been in recovery for 9 months! To hear her recovery story, click here.
Now she helps women enjoy fitness and healthy living without dieting. Her goal is to help as many women as she can enjoy fitness and get back into exercise post-HA and in recovery from disordered eating.
