"The Deals You Don't Know About"

"You Are Your Biggest Problem"

I want to let you into a little secret that you are your biggest problem. You are getting in the way of yourself in your business, in your life, and in your brain, you are the biggest thing that is stopping you from achieving what you want to do.

"Buy, Sell And Broker Deals"

The top 10 do's and don'ts of being a deal maker.

The reality and practice is that most people just do not know how to do deals or how to make deals.

In most cases, this will mean that you're not getting the best deal, maybe you're selling things for less than they're worth or maybe you're overpaying - you're buying things that are overpriced.

In the best case, you're just not doing the best deals. 

In the worst case, you're not getting the deals at all because you're competing with people who do know how to broker deals, they do know how to buy deals and they do know how to sell.

“Living Off The Steam”

What you need to get this for yourself is discipline and patience, it doesn't happen overnight!

I've only ever had a £50k salary, yet I drive around in £200k Rolls Royce. I made that money and it was hard work. I then saved that money, I invested the money and now I don't need to work.

This is all about savvy Wealth Management, delayed gratification, the result of 10 years worth of hard graft and work to get here. 

If you're going to work and you're getting your paycheck on the 28th of every month for £2k or £3k and £200 of that or £500 of that is going to drive an expensive car, you want to get away from that and get it for free.

If you follow this strategy, play the long game, and don't have the expensive cars until something else is paying for it for you, you can have these cars for free.

You really do need to have that mindset discipline and patience to understand that you can be rich for a week, a month, a year or you can be wealthy for life.
