This approach gets to the root cause of inflammation and disease rather than masking symptoms. Jeff has competed in and directed well over 100 endurance races in the United States. The Pumpkinman and Sea to Summit Triathlons both took place under his watch for many years. He always enjoys providing a venue for healthy competition.
