Alex Ovechkin's first period goal marked his 16th career goal against Sergei Bobrovsky. The only active goaltender he has scored more against in his career is Marc-Andre Fleury (27). Alex Ovechkin scores his 833rd career goal on the power-play to give the Capitals a 1-0 lead with 3:22 remaining in the first period. Ovechkin has now scored in three-straight games and has recorded 13 points (5g, 8a) in his last 13 games.
