Use this time to breathe, stretch, drink water, focus on gratitude. Wake up at the same time each day and create a self-care routine that brings you peace and joy. Don’t give it up for anything! Stay focused on your intentions.
For breakfast, focus on protein and fat in the morning. Foods like eggs, sausage, bacon, animal protein, “noatmeal”, soup, sauteed veggies, or IF.
Save carbs for later in the day and see how you feel more satiated, stable, less moodiness, more mental clarity and focus.

WATER! Half your body weight in oz, minimum!! Flavor with fruit or oils. Avoid artificial sweeteners as they cause cravings and act like sugar in the brain.
Breathing- Focus on box breathing. In, hold, out, hold to the count of 4.
Bring it back to gratitude. If you knew how powerful your mind was, you would never have a negative thought again!
