Former Miami Marlins general manager Kim Ng was on the Southside to be a part of a panel on Women’s Equality Night. It would have been nice had she spoken as the Chicago White Sox general manager. You know what, owner Jerry Reinsdorf can still correct his mistake and hire her as president of baseball operations.

Host Todd Welter discusses why Ng should be hired to be fully in control of the team and Jerry can even leave Chris Getz as the GM so long as Ng is full empowered. Todd then talks about yesterday's flurry of roster moves and how it did not do enough to address the bullpen issues.
