The Chicago White Sox won the series against Boston and Luis Robert Jr. put on a show. The White Sox beat the Red Sox on Sunday by a score of 4-1. It was Chicago's first series win since June 8th. White Sox are now eleven games under .500 and six games back in the AL Central. Luis Robert Jr. hit two homeruns on Sunday and had three in the series. He has 21 on the season and is making an airtight case to be sent to the All-Star game next month. White Sox struggled with production with runners in scoring position but lived by the homerun on Saturday and Sunday. Tim Anderson played second baseman for the first two games of the series and manager Pedro Grifol provided health updates on Yoan Moncada, Liam Hendriks, and Mike Clevinger. Sox head out west to battle the Los Angeles Angels. Dylan Cease will be on the mound.
