Ever feel like recovery is one step forward, two steps back?
You try to rest, eat well, follow advice, but it’s like your body just isn’t on the same page.
I’ve been there, wondering if I’m doing something wrong or if this is just how it’s going to be.
Here’s what changed everything for me: understanding my Baseline.
This week, I had an incredible conversation with Dr. Olivia Lesslar, diving deep into why Baseline is the secret ingredient to real progress.
She shared how your body’s stress signals, healing mechanisms, and even your daily routines play a massive role in building the foundation for recovery.
We also talk about why pushing harder or “doing more” often backfires, and how working with your body—not against it—can open the door to progress.
Hope this helps you move forward.

Ever feel like you're doing everything right but still not moving forward?
I get it. Recovery isn't straightforward, and it's easy to feel stuck or question if you're missing some crucial piece.
That was me years ago—I tried everything but kept circling back to square one, wondering if I'd ever get out of that loop.
But there's something I learned along the way that changed everything: there are three key essentials you need to get unstuck and start seeing real progress.
These essentials aren't about doing more or pushing harder. In fact, they're often things we overlook because they seem simple or even a little unconventional.
But without them, it's tough to build the foundation that recovery truly needs.
In my latest video, I'm breaking down what these three shifts are, why they're essential, and how they can help you feel more stable, focused, and ready to take the next step in your recovery.
Sometimes, it's not about adding more to your plate—it's about choosing the things that genuinely make a difference, one step at a time.
Hope this brings you closer to where you want to be.

Have you ever felt like you’re pushing yourself too hard—only to end up crashing?
For so many dealing with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, it feels like you have to be perfect to make any progress.
But what if that need for perfection is actually holding you back?
In this video, I dive into one of the most common struggles in recovery: the "all or nothing" mindset. It’s something we don’t always notice, but it can leave you feeling exhausted and stuck.
We discuss why this mindset can drain your energy and how finding a more balanced approach can help you move forward without burning out.
It’s not about doing everything perfectly—it’s about loosening the grip and allowing progress, even when things aren’t perfect.
