There’s a part of M.E/CFS that doesn’t get talked about enough.

Losing your sense of who you are.

Maybe you used to work, exercise, travel, socialise, look after your family, or simply get through a normal day without thinking twice.

Then M.E/CFS came along and suddenly so much of that disappeared.

When I was going through M.E/CFS, I was given one piece of advice that sounded completely reasonable.

So I followed it.

But instead of helping me recover, it left me weaker, more deconditioned and further away from getting my life back.
