For years, I let my feelings dictate my choices, and it cost me more than I care to admit. But on this tactical Thursday, we are putting an end to the drift. We’ve already talked about the brutal cost of being undecided, reactive versus decided, and building a code. Today, we are putting boots on the ground with five immediate, daily actions to turn your principles into permanent guardrails.

If you do not have rules decided in advance, you are not free; you are just up for grabs for whatever storm or mood hits you next.Here is your daily execution protocol to take back control of your life:

Write down your principles: List three lines you have decided in advance that you will never cross. For me, in business, that is integrity, honesty, and an uncompromising belief in God, peace, freedom, and family structure.

Decide within the hour: Kill one lingering decision that is holding you back today. Cut off that toxic relationship, make the business call, or stop that bad habit. Stop waiting and make the choice right now.

Debrief one failure: Look at a recent mistake, ask yourself what it actually cost you, and extract the wisdom so you can learn from it. Every failure is tuition you paid to get smarter.

Build one guardrail: Stop relying on hope and willpower. Turn that lesson into a system so you can make sure the mistake does not repeat itself.

Reflect before bed: Every night, ask yourself the ultimate question: Did I lead my life by principle, or did I lead by mood?

Stop letting your feelings run the show and start standing on principles that do not bend.

I have paid some incredibly expensive tuition in the school of life, and most of those costly failures happened because I didn't decide my boundaries in advance.

In this tactical Wednesday episode, we are building the ultimate defensive shield for your family and business: the Decided Man’s Code. A man without a code is not free; he is just up for grabs for whatever storm comes his way, and his indecision will eventually end up deciding for him.

Today, I am giving you the exact four steps to build your guardrails and stop repeating the same painful loops over and over:

Set your principles first: You must draw the line in the calm before the storm hits, because rules made in the quiet are the only ones that survive when things get chaotic.

Decide and move: Waiting is a choice, and it is usually the wrong one. A made decision beats a perfect decision every single time, and dragging things out only disrespects your standards and kills the respect others have for you.

Mind the lesson: Stop treating failures as defeats and start treating them as the tuition they are. Name what went wrong out loud, collect the wisdom, and stop repeating the same old loops that hurt your family and ecosystem.

Build the guardrail: Your willpower is not enough. You have to change the system, create standard operating procedures that align with your principles, and hold everyone in your ecosystem accountable from day one.

This week, we are kicking off a brand-new series about the undecided man. There is a core truth you must understand: a man who decides in advance never negotiates with the storm. If you do not have principles to guide your decisions, you aren't free—you are just up for grabs for whoever or whatever wants to steal your attention.When you live without deciding in advance, you pay a catastrophic price. I break down the four main ways indecision is quietly destroying your family, your business, and your leadership:

Every rule you bend in the moment: When you avoid difficult conversations because you’re worried about ruining a friendship or because you like someone, you will pay the price. Leaders who bend the rules for people they like lose respect and build a destructive environment. Standards must be based on facts and logic, not feelings.

Every choice you make on a feeling: True integrity means keeping the rules the exact same for everybody—rooted in honesty, uncompromising belief in God, peace, freedom, and family structure. It doesn't matter how close our relationship is; if you step outside those principles, the standard does not bend.

Every lesson you refuse to name: I was recently talking with my CFO about an interesting business dynamic we went through, and I was blown away by the total lack of awareness and refusal to name the lessons in what happened. If you don't sit back and name your lessons, you cannot learn through them.

Every mistake you excuse again: When you constantly justify and excuse your mistakes, you create a loop. If you don't break it, their loop eventually becomes your lived reality.

Stop negotiating with the storm.

Because of this, our sons are left searching the world for an identity, falling victim to athlete worship, weak father models, and influencer culture.

I am here to tell you that your son should never have to admire strangers because you refuse to rise.In this Friday recap episode, I am pulling together our entire weekly framework to give you a definitive living standard:

The 4 Pillars: We must lead spiritually as our family's covering, protect physically by staying strong and disciplined, build financially by creating order with assets instead of just surviving, and model personally by never demanding what we refuse to live.

The Daily Execution: We must practice visible discipline, teach through hands-on action, completely eliminate hypocrisy, speak identity into our boys, and run a brutal daily self-audit.

Identify and Correct: Find one area where you are not modeling strength and fix it immediately.

Intentional Conversation: Have at least one deep, focused talk with your son or a young man you influence.

Share the Standard: Tell someone you know, "Here is how I became a better example this week".

Nightly Reflection: Ask yourself before your head hits the pillow: "Did I give him something worth following today?".

In Today's Episode

In this episode, I am diving headfirst into addressing the modern fatherhood crisis. Too many men are bankrupt spiritually, physically, and financially, leaving their sons to search the world for identity. I want to remind you that words don't raise boys—our examples do.Moving from yesterday’s high-level framework, today is all about the tactical application and daily execution we must run to replace empty examples with a living standard.I break down the five critical daily steps we need to implement immediately:

Visible Discipline: Let your son physically see you train your body, pray, seek God, and work hard to build your empire.

Teach Through Action: Bring your son directly into the process. My son and I love to work out together, and I always remind him that we put in the work first before we get to the reward.

Eliminate Hypocrisy: Lead yourself first. We cannot demand discipline from our sons if we are living a sloppy, undisciplined life.

Speak Identity: Remind him who he is, what he stands for, and teach him to be proud of himself while seeking his Father in heaven.

Daily Self-Audit: Ask yourself the ultimate question at the end of every single day: "Would I want my son to become the man I was today?"

Stop outsourcing masculinity to influencer culture. Be the example, rise up, and—as I always say—get your shit together!

I want to remind you that what you believe in your heart and think in your mind will eventually become your reality, and what you repeatedly do gets deeply ingrained in your subconscious mind.We are in the middle of a massive fatherhood crisis.

Too many men today are completely bankrupt spiritually, physically, and financially, and because we refuse to rise, our sons are left searching the world for an identity.

They are falling into athlete worship and influencer culture, outsourcing their masculinity because their fathers are absent in discipline. But I need you to hear me: words don’t raise boys—our living examples do.In this episode, I am laying out my 4-Part Fatherhood Framework to help you replace an empty example with a living standard:

Spiritually (Be the Covering): I let my son see me pray every single day, see me seek God as my true Father, and watch me live out my principles on a daily basis.

Physically (Be the Protector): I train my body, carry physical strength, and show my son that true discipline is masculine.

Financially (Be the Builder): I create absolute order with my money, build real assets, and teach my son true stewardship and the difference between assets and liabilities, rather than just teaching him how to survive.

Personally (Be the Model): I refuse to demand anything from my son that I am not willing to live out myself. I can't tell him to be healthy or work hard if I'm not willing to do the same. I have to show him.

I am recording this episode straight from my phone in a cabin out in the middle of nowhere in Jay, Oklahoma, where my son and I are on an incredible father-son trip. Too many men today are completely bankrupt spiritually, physically, and financially, and because we refuse to rise as examples, our sons are left searching for identity and role models from strangers.While sitting in a resort lobby, I witnessed a family where every single person—father, mother, and kids—was completely buried in their phone, ignoring each other in a beautiful environment where there was so much presence and real-world connection to experience.

I refuse to let that be our reality. My son and I are fully present, laughing, and having fun. He knows that we work hard and we play hard—which is why we’ve spent this trip doing tactical weapons training, riding side-by-sides through rivers until we got soaked in mud, and visiting a petting zoo where we watched the mini goats run from the rain like it was a hurricane.What you repeatedly do gets ingrained in your subconscious, and if you are absent in discipline, your son will look to the world for his identity. Your son should not have to admire strangers because you refuse to rise.Join me in this raw episode as I challenge you to examine your own spiritual, physical, and financial life. Tell one trusted brother what you’ve been hiding and share one fear you actually faced this week.

Reflect nightly and ask yourself: Am I standing on truth more than yesterday?

You are not the fear in your head; you are who your Maker says you are. Your worth is your foundation, your truth is your armor, and your courage is your proof. It is God, family, and the protection of your ecosystem at all costs. Let's kick some ass this weekend and get ready for an amazing Monday.
