In this episode I had one of my all time favourite conversations with an amazing and inspiring human being and also a Boxing Coach Zach Vickers. In this episode Zach shares his story of what led him to initially getting started with Boxing up until now where he is an online and in person Boxing coach as well as the head Boxing Coach for Rumble Boxing Australia.
During our conversation we talked about all aspects of Boxing not only did we discuss the physical component and some key areas of how we view Boxing from a coaches perspective but also the profound effects Boxing has had on not only our own personal mental, emotional and spiritual health but how we have seen it effect our clients in the same way.
I highly recommend this episode to anyone who is thinking about trying Boxing, is a Boxer, a Boxing enthusiast, wanting to become or currently is a Boxing Coach.
Very grateful for Zach giving up his time to have this inspiring conversation with me. You can find Zach on Instagram: @theonlyzacheyv. He also has an amazing online program which you can also find on instagram: @fluidformpilates.
Jayde Tayor represented Australia at the 2012 Olympics as a Hockey player.
In this episode of the Coach Keam Podcast she shares her journey to the olympics and the many ups and downs along the way. She discusses the shift in mindset she had that enabled her to be able to play at such an elite level.
Jayde then shares the struggles that most athletes experience when their sporting career is over and their identity is then challenged.
Then we discuss how she got into business now being the owner of one of the biggest low sugar ice cream companies in the country called Denada. We chat about how she has been able to transfer her habits and skillsets as an athlete into her business and the struglles she has had to face along the way.
Jayde has achieved so much in her short time on earth and is an inspiration to other young females out there looking to chase their dreams wether that be in sport, business or whatver they choose to do.
In the episode I sat down with a great friend of mine Ben Hamlett who is a health and performance coach and athlete based in Hobart Tasmania.
We had an awesome conversation where Ben was very vulnerable in not only sharing some of his awesome achievements as a high level Football (soccer) player but also some of his greatest struggles he went through off the field. He then shares some of the practices he leaned on to help him create the self awareness he needed to overcome the many challenges life threw at him on his journey. He was able to look inwards and work on himself which has enabled him to continue being a great athlete but to then now share his experiences with others as a health and performance coach.
This was one of my favourite conversations I have had on the podcast and I hope any listeners can get something out of this episode that can have a positive impact on their life.

Thanks for listening.
In this episode I sat down with Coach Daniel Mogoai and we had a really great conversation on a variety of different topics.
We spoke about training, nutrition, Meditation, Boxing and a whole lot more. I also got him to open up and be vulnerable in this episode when I ask him my big 5 questions to get to know him on a deeper level. I really appreciate Dan opening up with me on the podcast.
Dan has certainly become someone who I admire in this industry through his strong passion to be the best coach he can be and help as many people he can through proper periodised training programs, nutrition which his partner Chanise plays a large role in educating their clients on in their business as well as Dan's unique people skills and ability to help people reach their full potential mentally as well as physically.
For anyone in Melbourne looking for two great coaches in person or now they will be taking their businesses online be sure to check out One Motion coaching on social media or head to their website which is https://www.onemotioncoaching.com/.

In this episode I share with you what I have been doing over the past 12 months. I open up and share with you my greatest struggles that have come with packing up my life during a pandemic and moving to a new state and how I overcome the struggles of losing myself and my mental health hitting rock bottom.
I then go on to speak about embracing your imperfections. As this is one of my mantras for 2022. As I know perfectionism effects so many people and prevents them from living their happiest and most fulfilled life (as it has done for me).
I hope that those who listen to this podcast may be able to grab something from it and implement it into their own life and it impacts them positively.
Thank you so much to all of those who take the time to listen to this episode it really means a lot.

It's been a hot minute since I have recorded a podcast. I have taken a good 12 months off podcasting as I have been going through a lot of change in my life. In this podcast I share with you my journey over the past 12 months. I share my struggles and what I did to overcome them.
I then talk about the importance of embracing your imperfections. No one is perfect and striving for perfection will lead to you living a life of unfulfillment. As we as humans are beautifully imperfect. We bond over our imperfections. It's what makes us unique.
Thanks for listening.
