As anyone who's spent time in the comment section of YouTube will tell you – a community left unchecked can get messy real fast.

So it stands to reason that if you want to build a thriving community, you need strict guidelines and rules… right?

Well, if that's true, someone should tell Emma and Eleanor from The Reconnected... :-)

Because they don't have moderators… or a huge list of rules or community guidelines…

(In fact, they don't have any guidelines at all.)

Here's something else they don't have – negativity.

In the five years they've been running their group, they've NEVER had a single negative comment – even when they welcomed 50,000 new members during a launch.

That's pretty much unheard of.

Instead, they've built a loyal, die hard community of fans who show up and serve. And I've seen it from the inside…

I did a live broadcast with them in their community and was blown away by the energy in the room. I've never seen anything like it. (And I've been invited to a LOT of communities.)

What Emma and Eleanor have built is bigger than a community… it's a movement.
