What does it mean when we're "triggered" by something? Whether it's your annoying aunt Jan talking about her diet or your weird uncle Steve asking you when you're going to get married, feeling triggered by something means 2 things are going on inside of us at once. I won't spoil what those 2 things are (in fear you won't listen to the episode, lol) but understanding what a trigger is means we can finally take control over our peace & remain unbothered as drama, chaos, gossip and the usually-expected family dynamics play out over the holidays.
Tune into this episode so you're equipped to deal with all the weird quirks your family brings to the table over the holiday season. A strong mimosa can also help, but so will this episode!
