In this segment, I share some very special stories from my youth.  Some are psychic experiences, some are really mystical.

I really want you to know a bit more about my personal journey before I get into teaching you the skills, techniques, and tools I use to do what I do. Remember, these all happened before I had the vocabulary to truly express what was happening. Up until this point only my family knows about a few of these powerful moments in my life.  I'm glad to be telling you too!

Inspired, I was led to the water side to listen and let go. Here I take you with me, encouraging you to do the same, even if you can only go in the imaginations of your own mind. 

In this segment, I touch on being open to guidance from your Guardian Angel, and I recite the Guardian Angel Prayer:  "Angel of God, my guardian dear to whom God's love commits me here. Ever this day be at my side, to light to guard, to rule and guide. Amen."

In future lessons, I will speak of deeper connections to the angelic realm, how you can discern their guidance, and what you need to do to make their job easier while they are trying to make your life easier! xxx

Feeling scattered or disconnected from your physical essence?

Then perhaps you need to try some meditation. In this episode, I bring you through two forms of meditation that I use as part of my own spiritual practice. They are especially helpful for moments when you are feeling overwhelmed or when you need to rekindle your connection to the energy of your physical body.  

The first meditation helps me collect my thoughts and energy into the cocoon of my own body physical and then ground that energy into Mama Earth, so as to anchor my soul more into the present moment.

The second meditation - called Vipassana, Insight, or Awareness Meditation - is a great tool to enhance, strengthen, and support empathic abilities. Both of these techniques are proper groundwork for what I will be teaching in future lessons. Enjoy!
