The Prince of the Provinces has finally been crowned the NZ First Deputy Leader, and today he talks about Stuart Nash, Environment Canterbury declaring a  “Nitrate Emergency”, and saving Yellow Eyed Penguins (but what about the dolphins, skinks, lizards and blind frogs?).
