back in the studio :)

the boys recently returned from California after competing in the 1500 at Sound Running's Meet "The Ten". and boys did they have some stories from it.

we spend most of the episode covering what went down surrounding their race as well as the amazing 10kms that were run. we then do a little preview of NCAA Indoors. hope you guys enjoy!
