I spent 5 days in complete darkness over New Year's. No light, minimal sound, no phone. I went in hoping for a psychedelic experience or, at minimum, the deepest rest of my life. What I found instead was just myself, and a voice I'd been carrying for years that I'd never really heard clearly before.
This one stayed with me. I think it might stay with you too.
If you're craving that kind of honest inward look, the Soul Scavenger Hunt was made for it. It's free and it'll take you somewhere real: https://create.adamroa.com/soul-scavenger-hunt

For the last two months I've been making music with AI, and I didn't tell anyone.
I wasn't sure if I was still an artist, or if I was cheating somehow. I've spent years as a poet and writer. I know what it takes to develop a craft. And I know how painful it is to watch something you've spent decades building get compressed into a single click.
So I sat with it. I tested it. I sent songs to my closest friends and asked them to tell me the truth. And what came back taught me something about creativity I didn't expect.
This is the full conversation I've been having with myself. At the end of the episode I share the first song.
Wish It Was You is out now on all streaming platforms.

Most of the arguments people have about monogamy are actually arguments about something else entirely.
Monogamy is a value. Something you choose and practice inside a relationship, the way you'd choose honesty or accountability. Commitment to a person is different. It's about building a life together, showing up through the hard parts, choosing each other over time.
These two things have been bundled together for so long that most people have never stopped to examine whether they're actually the same.
In this episode I'm making that distinction clearly, looking at why the conflation happens on both sides of the conversation, and asking a question I think is more useful than the one most people are arguing about.
This isn't an argument for or against any particular relationship structure. It's an argument for actually knowing what you're choosing and why.

This is part three of my Inside the Manosphere series, and it was the hardest one to make. Not because the ideas are difficult. But because I knew going in that nuanced content doesn't travel as far as outrage.
I'm making it anyway.
In this episode I talk about what the manosphere actually gets right, where it goes wrong, why the algorithm is making all of this worse, and what I think we actually need to do differently, including what you do with a conversation like this one after you hear it.
If you haven't listened to parts one and two yet, start there. They're the two episodes just before this one in the feed.

This is the episode I wasn't sure I was going to make.
Not because the ideas are controversial. But because saying them honestly, in public, means being willing to sit with the response.
This is part two of my series on the manosphere, and it goes somewhere personal. I talk about power, attraction, the real asymmetry between men and women, and why I think the discomfort with this conversation is itself part of the problem. I also share something from my own life that I've never talked about publicly before.
This is not a takedown of women. It's not a defense of the manosphere. It's an attempt at the kind of honest conversation we keep avoiding.

Louis Theroux made a documentary about men. He got some of it right. But the thing that bothered me most wasn't what he said. It was what he refused to look at.
In this episode I'm separating the men from the ideology, talking about why bad actors exist in every movement, and making the case that the manosphere didn't create the problem. It's a response to one.
This is part one of three. No agenda, no script. Just what I actually think.

The Deep Dive has been quiet for five years. This is me coming back.
There's a version of me that learned to optimize. To script. To hook. To perform for an algorithm instead of speaking to a human being. This is me coming back from that.
In this episode I'm talking honestly about why I went quiet, and what I've been sitting with since. No agenda. No script. Just what's real.
If something in this conversation stirred something in you, I made something that might help you go deeper with it. It's called the Soul Scavenger Hunt, a free guided experience to help you find direction, reconnect with yourself, and take one honest step forward.

How do we expand our capacity for money?
I believe money is energy, and because of that how we prepare ourselves to receive abundance is as important as how we receive it. My guest this week is Kate Northrup, a best selling author, entrepreneur, and mother, that recently launched her first seven-figure offering and has some really amazing insight on how regulating our nervous system can help us become better vessels to receive.

Have you, or someone you know, ever battled depression?
Chances are, the answer is yes. As we begin to understand mental health more and more in our culture and society, it seems like we continue to become more aware of really how many mental health issues our linked to depression. Diagnosed, or undiagnosed, it can have a huge effect on our lives. So is depression curable? Or can are we meant to just figure out how to live with it?

Can men and women co-exist in a healthier way?
When we begin to understand the feminine and masculine dynamics in ourselves, we start to see ways that we've been dropping the ball a bit as a society and a culture. For years, this polarity has been misunderstood and even exploited causing major wounding, and generation trauma. This week, I'm chatting with Kevin O, an intimacy coach and thought leader in the relationships space who has views that some might see as triggering, until you really understand the message beneath.
