Diving deep into the murky water, Alex explains why journaling is so important in his life. How it has had such an impact to the point that it has become therapy. Alex goes on to recall significant moments in his life that he wishes he had written down. Moments that were buried in his mind because they were too painful to remember. Made up examples that show what you could potentially look back on. Podcasting and gaming are mentioned too, but the big topic is journaling. Also, the first fifteen minutes or so, Alex talks about the relationship he has with his closest friends. Why it is kind of weird but cool at the same time. Hopefully you enjoy this episode, it was a lot of fun to make. Follow the podcast so you do not miss out on any new episodes. New episode every week. K. Bye.
Two main topics this episode. First, Alex talks about how he thrives in chaos. Specifically, at work with his current and previous job. Alex explains the chaos that he would and is going through with these jobs. Second, why TIk Tok is awesome and horrible at the same time. How there are things that Alex hates to see, but also things he loves to see. Alex explains how he curated his for you page to only show the things he actually enjoys watching. Successfully avoiding all the toxic bull that is on the app. This episode is fun and has great passionate energy. Alex had a good day when he recorded this. He mentions a handful of other random things that do not make any real sense. For example, he tries to explain what a torta is to non-Hispanics, and he talks about his perfect percentage of default emotion. Both do not make sense and are made way more complicated than they need to be. Regardless, if you enjoy, follow the podcast so you do not miss out on any new episodes. IF the quality at some point seems shitty, we apologize in advance. Alex was half asleep and 100% fell asleep a handful of times editing this. However, if you guys enjoyed, share the podcast, give us some feedback on how to improve, and let Alex know he needs to be more open and quit being vague.
K. Bye.
The topic Social Media Addiction is brought up after listening to a couple recent episodes of Call Her Daddy. The episodes Alex listened to, forced him to realize what he is doing. Although, it is something Alex knows he struggles with, it is hard to kick the habit. Alex goes on to share real numbers of his screen time which are insane. How does one have such time? Also, a small talking point of virtual reality, Neuralink, and Thursday Boots. If you enjoyed this episode, follow and rate the podcast. K. Bye.
We are getting vulnerable this week. As kind of a treat for being late to uploading again, Alex is stepping out of his comfort zone. At first, Alex rambles on about nonsense like usual. Then, Alex starts to talk about the patterns. They are emotional patterns about how he starts to develop feelings for a girl. A topic Alex does not talk about, the real feelings he has for girls. Also, falling in love is terrifying. Alex explains why one of the patterns is scary for him. How that specific pattern can lead to the terrifying thing of being heartbroken. A beginning conversation to Alex's intimate emotions, and how he truly feels. A fun episode to record and edit, truly one of my favorites, I hope that you enjoy. PS: Alex is still annoyingly vague
Alex talks about how he has had a good week. Particularly, the ability to choose whether to be happy or not. Alex tells a story about a stranger, and how that little interaction forced him to get out of his own way. This reminded him about all the little things to be happy about. Also, feelings are currently confused within his friendships. Alex is vague like always. So, bare with him as he tries to explain the situation without giving away any real information. Unfortunately, this is a shorter and late episode. However, it is a fun episode with great energy. If you like the podcast, make sure to follow so you do not miss out on any new episodes. Alex thinks talking to strangers is fun. However, as Alex does, he overthinks the interactions between strangers. Why does he like talking to strangers? Why does the thought of talking to strangers spark joy and sadness at the same time? Alex also recaps UFC 268 and what he thought about the fighters. To end the podcast, Alex talks about TikTok influencers. The relationship between Noah Beck and Dixie D'Amelio. How Alex thinks it is the purest relationship and how it makes him want a girlfriend even more... or boyfriend it seems, judging by the way he talks about Noah. An interesting and fun episode that seems past due. Follow the podcast so you do not miss out on any new episodes. New episode out every week. This episode could definitely be another therapy session. However, the weird turn of topics and conversation holds it up to be a true rant. This episode took six hours to record the first day. Three days it took to get this out, possibly an hour worth of audio that was cut and it is still an hour and a half episode. To summarize where this episode went, I talk about my dog for a while, how I avoid intimate relationships like the plague, making friends of the opposite gender, different aesthetics and how they affect me, and finally recapping at the end. A fun, yet enlightening episode. This episode was a lot of fun to make, and I hope that you enjoy listening and hanging out with me for a bit. New episode out every week. Be warned, this is a very slow episode. Reason why, Alex is letting himself speak. Not trying to put on a show, not trying to be funny or entertaining. Alex is just speaking, and speaking as if he is writing in his journal. This is how Alex functions. This is how Alex goes through his days regularly. With this level of emotion, clarity, enthusiasm, and goofiness. This is not a bad episode, it is just a very slow episode. So, listen if you want to actually know Alex. New episode out every week.
