Those of us living in Western Society are experiencing a faster pace of life. We are constantly distracted by all sorts of noise all around us. These distractions take us out of the present moment. This causes us to be more and more reactive. The Coronavirus has allowed us all the opportunity to slow down and to connect with how we feel. This is a feeling reality and our connection to our feelings is what guides us. As we become more aware of our feelings, we tap into our limitless nature.
