SRF monk Brother Kartikananda conveys wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on the divine consciousness that was perfectly embodied and manifested by Jesus — known as the Christ Consciousness, God’s universal consciousness in creation.

How can we understand the true nature of Jesus Christ in a way that brings greater peace and love into our lives and into our world, during the Christmas season or at any time? The teachings and exemplary life of Christ show us the way to our own spiritual realization. By striving to emulate his divine qualities of forgiveness and compassion — and by our communing with God in meditation — we can tune in with the infinite love of Christ Consciousness.
