Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by offering up some hot topics of the day, telling that there’s been some discussion in Harrisburg over the legitimacy of voting machines and electronic ballots. Dom plays back some surprising words of Democrat Anthony Williams, who suggested he’s in favor of paper ballots because he’s concerned about foreign interference. Then, Dom spends an amount of time breaking down comments made by Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who expressed concern that Justice Samuel Alito expressed a view the First Amendment is hamstringing the government in controlling social media, which Giordano argues is the purpose of the First Amendment.
Then, Dom welcomes in Flash Shelton, leader of SquatterHunters.com, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the reversal of squatter’s rights in Florida. Shelton, who last joined after making national news in assisting homeowners throughout the Country to remove squatters from their property, tells of some concerning strategies being employed by these squatters.. Shelton explains that there’s a trend of caregivers squatting in the homes of elderly, hoping to seize their home once they pass. Also, Shelton tells listeners how they can find his ‘Outside the Box’ YouTube channel, and explains how he hopes to change national laws to bring control back into the hands of homeowners.
Then, Dom welcomes in Pennsylvania State Senator Cris Dush back onto to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a public hearing he held on Monday featuring cybersecurity experts testifying on the security of voting machines ahead of the 2024 election. In the hearing, Dush, along with other Republican and Democratic Senators, picked the brains of experts who offered their analysis on the machines, suggesting principles for state statutes regarding ballot marking and vote tabulation.
