Domb goes into detail about what he’s heard and how he would hope to fix things. Then, Domb offers his thoughts on the situation that’s unfolded in Kensington, making the neighborhood the most unsafe in the City and a beacon for heroin use for the entire country, explaining why he believes FEMA needs to be called in to help organize multiple entities to address the issue head on.
