In a new lawsuit launched by America First Legal, Zimolong sued the Chester County Board of Elections and Board Members on behalf of the citizens of Chester County to compel their compliance with Pennsylvania’s election laws considering ballot drop boxes. Zimolong tells that the lawsuit was filed after surveillance video exposed multiple people dropping multiple ballots in drop boxes in the county, which is illegal based on the Pennsylvania Election Code. Zimolong tells of the work done by the organization in uncovering the surveillance footage, and explains what he hopes to achieve in further strengthening our election security.
