Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by telling what’s coming up on today’s show, previewing the upcoming interview with Dr. Mehmet Oz at 12:30. Then, Giordano tells about yesterday’s rally supporting the family of slain 15-year-old Sean Toomey, with many community members and listeners coming out to show their support for the Toomey family and take a stand against progressive policies propagated by Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner and Mayor Jim Kenney. Then, Giordano gives an update on a couple bills making their way through Harrisburg, particularly one that looks to reinforce Title IX as the debate of transgenderism in sports continues to rage.
Then, Dr. Mehmet Oz returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the endorsement he received from former President Donald Trump, telling that this wasn’t a ‘flip of a coin’ for the former President, explaining that Trump spent a long time weighing candidates against one another before determining that he’d offer his support. Dr. Oz tells what the endorsement means to him, and tells why he believes he was the best candidate to receive Trump’s support. Then, Giordano asks Dr. Oz about attacks levied his direction by his opponent David McCormick, arguing that most of what McCormick slanders him for is a flat out lie, telling that there is no record of much of what he claims about him. Also, Giordano asks Oz for a response to Rick Santorum, who argued that David McCormick has learned from his mistakes from his business dealings with China, with Dr. Oz telling that his relationships were not ancient history, as the candidate likes to portray. In addition, Dr. Oz tells what he hopes to gather out of upcoming debates as he looks to take on his foes in the Senate race. (Photo by Scott Heins/Getty Images)
