In today’s final hour, Dom Giordano welcomes in John McNesby, President of the FOP Lodge 5, to discuss why the FOP has now offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the perpetrators who shot and killed 15-year-old Sean Toomey in the Wissinoming section of the city. McNesby tells that the FOP regularly offers rewards such as these, but suggests that the reward is getting more coverage than normal due to the shocking nature of the killing, with Toomey struck by a rogue bullet while unloading a pack of water bottles from his father’s car. Also, McNesby offers his opinion on proposals in Philadelphia city council concerning funding the police department, with McNesby stressing the importance of the reversal of recruitment edicts set forth by the council that has hampered the ability for the department to recruit. Dr. Mehmet Oz, candidate for the United States Senate in Pennsylvania, rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to offer his thoughts and make some clarifications after a Senate candidate forum held earlier this week that turned fiery. First, Giordano ask Dr. Oz why the moderator refused to call him a doctor, instead referring him to ‘Mr. Oz’ throughout the debate. Then, Giordano leans into Dr. Oz a bit, asking him for clarification on his stance on fracking after sparks flew when candidate Dave McCormick brought up past articles written by Oz focusing on the danger of fracking to the water system. In today’s second hour, Dom welcomes in State Senate candidate Sam Oropeza, a former MMA fighter now running for local office in the 5th Senatorial District in a special election. First, Giordano, fascinated by his career as a cage fighter, digs into his history as a fighter, asking him why he decided to enter into the sport and why he has chosen to leave the ring for another one in politics. Then, Giordano and Oropeza discuss the issue most important to the candidate, being the spike in violent crime in his district and around the rest of Philadelphia. Giordano and Producer Dan discuss why John Stewart would go so far down the path of identity politics, with Giordano explaining why the topic of reparations which Stewart promoted is a losing issue across the board. Then, Giordano tells about the next story to watch in the debate about transgendered sports, with Emily Bridges, a transgender rider, going up against an all-time cycling legend in Dame Laura Kenny in the upcoming National Omnium Championships in Derby. Giordano notes that Kenny is still the favorite, but tells that he’ll be watching with high interest to see how Bridges performs.

Dr. Makary notes that the FDA did not even get a chance to vote before this decision has been finalized, noting how offensive he finds it that those who are there to consult were only asked to consult after a decision had already been made. Then, Dr. Makary takes Dom through multiple stories that were left underreported during the Pandemic that would have changed the narrative centered on the Pandemic. Also, Makary tells what he’s been working on recently, and discusses the importance of honing in on underlying issues in public health that enabled the pandemic to wreak havoc on society.

Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing a new push by Republican State legislators in Pennsylvania      to protect women’s sports and Title IX through a new bill which passed in the House Education Committee in a 15-9 vote. The new bill, which Gov. Wolf has already said he’d veto, would make it so people can only compete in sport against people born of the same biological sex. Giordano notes why this is something politically beneficial for Republicans even though it probably won’t go into law. Then, Giordano gives an update on a past interview with Beth Ann Rosica, who told Giordano about a petition she organized calling for the removal of school board members in West Chester for their refusal to offer transparency in mandates related to Coronavirus. Then, Giordano asks whether or not Disney is too big to fail after the organization continues their march toward Progressivism, playing back clips obtained from a recent meeting that shows how far into gender politics the organization is willing to go, and talks about other institutions that he believes are too big to fail. Full Hour | In today’s third hour, Dom Giordano welcomes local chiropractor Ann Marie Muldoon onto the Dom Giordano Program. Muldoon has been in the news within the past few days after she choose to sell baked goods from Stock’s Bakery out of her office to raise money for the Toomey family, who tragically lost their 15-year-old son after a stray bullet left him brain dead after an attempted carjacking in the Wissinoming section of Philadelphia. Muldoon updates on the status of the Toomey family, then contextualizes the setting of the tragic incident. Muldoon and Giordano discuss the change in the area, turning into a crime-ridden area, with Muldoon telling why she believes Krasner is at fault in the spike in violence and carjackings that lead to such a tragedy.
