Kenny Xu, a repeat guest on the Dom Giordano Program and author of An Inconvenient Minority: The Attack on Asian American, rejoins Dom to lead off the third hour of today’s show. Xu recently wrote an opinion piece for the Daily Wire, in which he dissected an internal survey sent by Salvation Army concerning racism. Xu takes us through the survey, and explains why he believes that the organization is hoping to be called racist for some odd reason. Also, Xu updates Dom on his continued fight to find justice for Asian students, who often get the short end of the stick in the equity debate.

Then, Dom plays his Dom’s Money Melody, then circles back into a discussion about Philadelphia, offering his opinion of a newly released video of the incident last week, in which a 14 year old stood his ground and shot a burglar who was robbing his family’s pizza parlor. Giordano tells of a tweet which calls him crazy for saying there may be some portions of the video that need investigating before jumping to any conclusions. Dom rounds out the remainder of the hour taking calls regarding the situation, with listeners both arguing that charges should be levied and others telling that the 14 year old should get off scot-free.

Dom leads off today’s second hour by discussing a new deal signed by famed musician Bruce Springsteen. Sony and Springsteen came to a $500 million agreement that grants the company full rights over Springsteen’s music and master tracks. Giordano and Producer Dan discuss the story, with Dan telling why he hates Bruce Springsteen as much as he does. Callers weigh in with their opinion, with many agreeing on Bruce’s politics, but arguing that his musical expertise is indeed up to snuff. Then, Giordano swings into a conversation around student loans, asking whether his mortgage would be excused if he supports student loan forgiveness. In addition, Dom asks listeners for the first time that the significance of the pandemic set in, and the last large event they attended prior to the realization of the pandemics serious nature.

Then, Giordano welcomes United States Representative Guy Reschenthaler to his show to discuss why he was so quick to endorse Dr. Mehmet Oz in his campaign for a Pennsylvania Senate seat. First, Giordano asks, knowing that Reschenthaler realizes the importance of appealing to a general populace, if a history of populism led him to offer his endorsement. Reschenthaler explains why he finds Dr. Oz to be the best candidates for Republicans in Pennsylvania, telling of his long medical history and his political stances concerning large issues both national and locally to Pennsylvania. Giordano pushes Reschenthaler on whether he believes Dr. Oz would stay true to Pennsylvania once elected, asking which issues the Senate candidate cares most about, particularly draconian lockdowns enacted by Governor Wolf. Also, the Representative tells what he’s doing to push back against communist China, and tells of an amendment he wrote into the defense spending bill that would target the production and exportation of Fentanyl from both China and Mexico. Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by first offering his opinion on the firing of Urban Meyer, calling the coach a dope for allegedly kicking one of his kickers. Then, Giordano switches back to the topic that’s become most often talked about on the show, being local crime and the negative implications of Larry Krasner’s policies, particularly his lackadaisical approach at prosecuting criminals. First, Giordano reveals an update surrounding the murder of a Temple student, telling that the parents of the victim have now teamed up with esteemed law team Kline and Specter to sue for damages. Dom asks, though, who would the team sue? Giordano surprisingly reveals that he does not think Krasner should be charged for the recklessness of his policies, but believes the family should be able to find justice. Then, Giordano tells of a YouGov international poll that asked people around the world for who they believe to be the most admirable people on earth, telling that Joe Biden fell behind Chinese President Xi, and announcing where others who are often talked about on the program fell. Then, Pennsylvania State Senator Jake Corman returns to the Dom Giordano Program, to update a lawsuit that he and other parents filed suit against the state of Pennsylvania concerning a mandate that requires masking in all schools within the Commonwealth. Corman announces that he and the other parents have won their suit in the Supreme Court, and tells what this means going forward for parents in the State. Also, Corman offers his thoughts on Gov. Dom leads off the second hour by bringing to light a complaint levied by a religious freedom organization, who alleges that the placing of Christmas wreaths on the graves of Veterans is in some way offensive. Mikey Weinstein, founder and president of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, said that ‘Christian gang signs’ such as wreaths desecrate the graves of Veterans who did not practice Christianity. Giordano offers up solutions and takes calls from listeners who take umbrage with the complaints about what is supposed to be a humble gesture.

Then, New Jersey Assemblyman Erik Peterson returns to the Dom Giordano Program. Peterson joined us earlier this month to discuss an incident in Trenton, which saw Republican state legislature defy the Governors orders and seat themselves despite a requirement to show proof of vaccination before entering onto the floor. Yesterday, news broke that the Governor’s office has launched an investigation into the incident. First, Giordano asks Peterson for the reasoning behind the investigation, trying to determine what it is in the incident that could be investigated in the first place. Peterson explains that Phil Murphy is being Phil Murphy, using the Goldman Sachs playbook he’s often used in a power move to get his way, hoping to use intimidation on the State Police to insure that his overbearing edict is followed. Peterson reveals that the Governor has brought in the National Guard, which he claims is help to get legislators tested for Coronavirus, which shocks Giordano, with Peterson using it as further evidence of threats levied by Murphy to control the populace. To lead off the third hour, Dom welcomes long-time friend and Washington Examiner columnist Chris Tremoglie back onto the Dom Giordano Program. Chris penned a piece this week, discussing what he alleges to be oppression of women by the University of Pennsylvania. Chris, who attended the Ivy League university, tells the story of Lia Thomas, a transgendered swimmer for the school who has recently blown women’s swimming records out of the water. First, Tremoglie recounts time spent sharing a class with Thomas, recounting what the swimmer was like prior to her transition. Then, Tremoglie explains his point in the opinion article, with Dom asking how this could be considered oppression, with Tremoglie explaining the negative implications women face in welcoming transgendered individuals into their sport. Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing a theory surrounding Michelle Tafoya’s disappearance from NBC’s Sunday Night Football broadcast, revealing the news that she will not return for next season. Giordano continues on with a theory discussed yesterday by Bill Simmons, in which the host asked whether Tafoya was removed for comments made about Colin Kaepernick while filling the conservative seat on the View. Then, Giordano discusses comments made by Ben Affleck on the Howard Stern Show, in which he told the longtime shock jock that he’d still be drinking if he were still in a relationship with Jennifer Garner. In addition, Dom offers his side question of the day, asking listeners for the character who’s easiest to dislike in a holiday movie, and moves into a debate over whether the Citizen app is a benefit or detriment to society.
