Christopher Paslay, author of the new Parent’s Guide to Critical Race Theory: Fighting CRT in Your Child’s School, joins the Dom Giordano Program. Paslay, a former Philadelphia teacher, has been on the Dom Giordano Program before discussing his incredible last book, Exploring White Fragility, an in-depth look into claims of white fragility by those on the Left. Now, Paslay has written a guide for parents to be able to tell when their school board is infusing Critical Race Theory into their child’s curriculum. In the new book, Paslay puts into layman’s terms the teachings of CRT, and shows parents words used to disguise the divisive agenda as it’s entered into curricula surrounding the country. Dr. Marty Makary returns to the Dom Giordano Program for multiple updates surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic. First, Makary, the best-selling author of The Price We Pay: What Broke American Health Care and How To Fix It, explains his effort to change the lexicon from “vaccinated” and “unvaccinated” to “immune” and “not immune.” Makary explains that creating a divide between vaccinated and unvaccinated people is counterproductive, and doesn’t allow the reality of immunity via antibodies for people who’ve already had the virus. In a shocking revelation, Dom discovers that the School District of Philadelphia is offering vaccinations to children 12 and up without requiring parental consent. Giordano asks producer Dan to contact the school board to determine whether or not this is true, to which a spokesperson with the district responded with an edict set back in May that allows children 11 and up to be vaccinated. Dom and Dan dissect the ordinance that would allow such a divisive decision. Clarice Schillinger, a local mother who founded Keeping Kids in School and now heads up the Back to School PA PAC, returns to the Dom Giordano Program for an update after local investor Paul Martino donated half a million dollars to help grassroots school board candidates in races against candidates backed heavily by school boards. Since the culmination and announcement of the Back to School PA initiative, over 40 advocates have reached out, with Clarice interviewing over 30 candidates for $10,000 checks throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Clarice notes that parents are fired up, tired of being treated the way they are in school board meetings, and the only thing that can change in schools is by electing school board members that represent the voters rather than teachers unions. Then, Clarice forecasts the situation in schools, bringing us through hotly contested school board meetings throughout the state, explaining what is happening in towns such as Pennsbury. Jason Gottesman, who is the press secretary and House Republican Caucus Spokesperson at PA House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff joins the Dom Giordano Show to discuss the 250,000 Pennsylvanians that have been contacted in regards to to taking the second dose of the vaccine. This is private medical information that is incredibly intrusive - we have not consented to this and this is another ploy from the left to strike fear and concern among everyone. Gottesman and Giordano examine how this is yet another overreach from our government. At some point, the providers have disclosed this private information and acts like this creates even more ambivalence in terms of trusting our government.

Dom Giordano, WPHT host and former teacher, has dedicated much of his daily show toward parents who are taking it into their own hands to push back against school boards that have a negative impact on their children. This has culminated in a weekly podcast on education, Readin', Writin', and Reason, which has allowed wonderful relationships to develop between Giordano, educators, and parents throughout the country who are speaking out against overbearing school boards. This week, Dom first speaks with Steve Feldman, President of Philadelphia's Zionists of America Organization, who discovered that the Free Library of Philadelphia has started offering pro-Palestine and arguably Anti-Semitic propaganda to students. Then, we go back to one of Dom's favorite interviews from Readin', Writin', and Reason, when he was joined by Dr. Omekongo Dibinga, a Professional Lecturer at the School of International Service at American University, who has dedicated his effort to inspiring those across the globe to take a stand when they witness an injustice, no matter how small or large. Giordano and Dibinga duke it out over cancel culture and whether Dr. Seuss should be allowed in schools.
