Hey everyone, welcome back!
This week, I’m doing an interview with my good friend John Berardi.
John is an entrepreneur, best known as the co-founder of Precision Nutrition, the world's largest nutrition, coaching, education, and software company. He's also the founder of Change Maker Academy, which is devoted to helping would-be change-makers turn their passion for health and fitness into powerful, purpose-oriented, wildly successful careers.
John has advised Apple, Equinox, Nike, and Titleist, as well as the San Antonio Spurs, Carolina Panthers, U.S. open champ Sloane Stephens, and UFC champ Georges St-Pierre. He's been named as one of the top 20 smartest coaches in the world and the 100 most influential people in health and fitness.
In this conversation we talk about nutrition, but we also spend a lot of our time talking about behaviour change and how we can actually cut through the noise around what to do to get healthier, and how we can dissect all the information that's out there and make good decisions for our ourselves.
Please enjoy my conversation with nutrition, high performance, and change-making expert, Dr. John Berardi!

Hey everyone welcome back!
We are getting back into the interviews now with some experts on human performance and optimal health. Today I'm really excited to share a conversation that I had with Dr. Sarah Sarkis. Sarah is a psychologist, a writer, and a performance consultant with a private practice in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Her integrated approach is based on science. She works to empower her clients to achieve long term change and growth, and she uses psychology, neurobiology, and functional medicine to accomplish that.
Her blog, The Padded Room, is one of the most popular mental health blogs right now and she describes it as a virtual safe place to help you manage the jarring realities of life. She also does work with the Flow Research Collective, which is Steven Kotler's research group, all about how to enter into flow states especially after being in challenging situations. You can learn more about her at her website drsarahsarkis.com
Pease enjoy my conversation with psychologist Dr. Sarah Sarkis!

He works with athletes, CEOs, and soccer moms alike, helping them to achieve amazing feats of physical endurance without destroying their bodies in the process. In 2013 and 2014, Ben was named as one of the world’s top 100 most influential people in health and fitness. You can check him out at bengreenfieldfitness.com.
I hope that this conversation is helpful for you. Ben and I dig into many granular details about nutrition and training.

Today I'm going to share a keynote that I did at the EPIC community last year in Vancouver, Canada. I review all the things I've learned at the Olympics as a commentator and as a physiologist working with Olympic level athletes. This is a great opportunity for us to start digging back into the idea of really performing at your absolute limits and what that involves.
It's broken into three 30-minute chunks. This is Part 1 of 3. We are really excited about this and hope that you enjoy this presentation!
