Chris Wojcik is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Jeff Serafin. Born in England but raised in Chicago, he now lives in Austin, Texas, and represents the B-Team. Chris just recently placed 4th in the -88kg division at the 2024 ADCC World Championships, and previously placed 4th at the 2024 West Coast Trials in the -77kg division. He is quickly becoming known for his leg locks and his technical ability in high-level competition. In this episode, we discuss ADCC/CJI weekend, competition tips, and the intricacies of the “Woj Lock”.
