today's episode is vulnerable. i'm still working through a period of discomfort and reevaluating my understanding of confidence, and that's what i share today. while i can't offer a lot of advice/solutions for this yet, what i can offer is a reminder to embrace discomfort as signs of growth to come.

a little different than some of my more recent episodes, but something thats at the front of my mind right now....all the emotions that come with junior year! if you've ever felt this way (as i think most of us have), you're not alone!

so it turns out that april DOESNT have to be an intensely stressful month....this week, i share four tips on balancing the busyness of the month so that we can actually enjoy the beauty of spring that april offers us. historically, i haven't been great at this, but this year has been different. listen to this week's episode to hear all about it!

catharsis is beautiful. it is necessary. and it is so individualized for each and every person. understanding how we release emotion is a huge part of healing, and learning to embrace that as a facet of growth is a journey that i've been trying to pay a little more attention to.

this week, i reflect on my experiences with friendship, exploring how good association has been critical to my growth in the past month. i also go into the societal expectation of having a "best friend" and my understanding of what a long-lasting, connective friendship is truly made of.

as we welcome spring, there is so much to celebrate- the closure of our winter hibernation, but also the life and light of this new season of growth. being in india during spring break, i was able to really see and celebrate this new season and what it represents for me.

the self-forgiveness convo has been something that i've kept seeing on other podcasts/social media, so i wanted to do a check in with myself on the idea of moving on from our mistakes.

sometimes processing big emotions can feel uncomfy, and that's what i get into today. once the high of the big, fun moment wears off, there are deeper emotions that need processing, and sometimes that process takes more time than we'd like. today i get vulnerable and share my recent feelings, and how i've been processing change.

my week has been overwhelming and i've honestly been feeling pretty burnt out. but i've been handling it differently this time around. with more awareness comes an opportunity to heal more deeply and more quickly from feeling burnt out.

in the age of technology (and in light of recent events), it is more important than ever to be aware of what we consume, how we consume it and for how long we consume it. today, i revisit the idea of using all the media we consume (social media, TV, podcasts, books, etc.) as a tool, and what that tangibly looks like in a culture dominated by media.
