Javi catches up with Head Brewer of Abnormal Beer Co, Derek Gallanosa.  Derek just got back from Mikkeller Beer Celebration in Copenhagen, and shares his tale of his beginnings at Karl Strauss. Other topics include Abnormal's approach and the current landscape of the San Diego beer community.

We are joined by Kelly Green Brewing's Founder Justin Flemming and Ed Coffee, who has headed up their barrel program.  Kelly Green Brewing is a small startup brewery in South Jersey, right near Philadelphia. While Philadelphia is a rather mature craft beer scene, South Jersey is just now joining in on the fun.

This week, Javi sits down with Andy Black of Yorkshire Square Brewery.  For those not familiar, Andy has made his mark on the Los Angeles beer scene by brewing to style English style ales served via cask engine.  Hear Andy's journey from studying British ales to opening his very own UK themed brewery.

We are joined by our friend Jason Brewer of Listermann Brewing / Triple Digit Brewing.  Jason wears many hats, and explains his journey from craft beer fanatic to deep in the trenches of one of Cincinnati's coolest breweries. This is a fun listen.
