"The Blessing" its a song composed by Chris Brown and originally produced and sung by Elevation Worship.  This version was used by the various churches in the UK to sing a blessing over their nation during the 2020 pandemic.  We use it today to bless all the people and nations of the world.

St Elizabeth of Hungary
On this Random Wednesday, Sr Grace shares with us the importance of the saint Elizabeth of Hungary and her love for the poor.  Although from wealth Elizabeth was quite generous to the poor.  She said she identified with the poor as one does with a dear friend.  In her experience, St Elizabeth of Hungary saw Christ in the poor.

Sr Grace also shared about a ministerial group called Christ In The City and the work they do with the homeless and street poor.

A Hole In The Plan
We struggle with the ongoing battle to commit ourselves to those things which increase and develop our relationship with the Lord.  Sometimes we need to make the right decision and call on the right people/persons to help us in the journey.

Leo the Great
Today, the Church celebrates the feast of Pope Saint Leo the Great.  His generous spirit and tireless efforts to speak the truth that Jesus is both human and divine gave way to the theological teaching still held today.  In this teaching we find our way to live as holy individuals seeking to one day share His divinity.
