Listener Caitlin is delivering today’s ditch the drive through recipe, One Pan Chicken Parmesan. You’ll need one glass pan, 3-5 chicken breasts, one half to one box of noodles, large jar marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and ½ jar of water for cooking. Layer your noodles and half of your sauce, then chicken breasts, Italian seasoning cream cheese, and the remaining sauce. Cover with shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until Chicken is cooked through.
