Mayhem and Motherhood: Embracing the Beautiful Chaos

This podcast is for the mom who wants to enjoy being a mom again and wants to take motherhood seriously, but she doesn’t want be stressed and doesn’t want to over-think it. She wants mothering to feel like it comes naturally as she wants to be able to trust her own instincts. This mom wants to be down-to-earth and a happy person who is comfortable in her own skin and generally at peace with where she is in her life. This mom wants to be very connected with her child. She is striving to gain confidence in her nutritional choices for her child.
She is an encouraging parenting and enjoys discovering different phases of motherhood and encountering new experiences with her child. In order for her child to become a confident individual, this mom motivates and gently lets their child explore and choose their own path whilst she is by their side to offer help if they need it.
