We are on the teetering edge of a massive economic recession. 

I know what you're going to say........."Trump, blah, blah, blah...."

No, this started a long time back. 

We've seen the stock market rise and fall. 

Bitcoin swelled to astronomical heights. 

Our current real estate market is about to get whooped more than it has been lately. 

The boomers have maybe about 15 years before they kick the bucket.  

This means, a big wealth transfer is coming once they leave. 

When I started seeing this shift a year and a half ago, I started trading in my cars, fancy watches, and real estate. 

I'd rather be sitting on my ranch with head of cattle I can sell if shit gets tough. 

I have been liquidating everything in my budget that doesn't fit because I'm getting ready for the opportunities. 

In about 6 months, shit is going to get real tight. 

You'll thank me if you start liquidating everything you can. 

Prepare yourself. 

It's better to be prepared and have it not happen than not be prepared and have it tank you and your family.

Other's projections are not your self-reflection. 

My first job, I was 7 or 8 years old and sold landscaping work. 

I have been in the people business for many years. 

Every time someone has called me a name or accused me of something, it's usually because it's a reflection of themselves.  

I get attacked online quite a bit because I've said some polarizing things. 

People would say, "that's dude's on coke!"  

If you spot it, you got it..........

Those that have accused me of certain things or being a certain someone, are usually the ones that are perpetrating the projections. 

You don't have to answer the projections of those who can't see their own reflection. 

Stay focused on you and the things you do and know, you don't have to respond to lies. 

The best defense is success.  

Keep being a success. 

God will handle the rest.

We go through seasons in life where the bad days are really bad days. 

Sometimes the good days are the good days. 

And then we are running days that seem like we're only barely making it by. 

The thing is, you have to treat all days the same. 

Most people allow the type of days they have to determine what they do and don't do.

In the past 2 years, I've had many reason of why I should just quit. 

Quit recording podcasts. 

Quit operating my businesses. 

But I did the work any way.  

My commitment to showing up is stronger than my desire to quit. 

And there is not one good, nor bad day that will dictate whether or not I keep going. 

Things always average out they way they're supposed to. 

If you continue doing more than you want, you'll always have more good days than bad days.

Life has left us clues. 

Those that came before us left us clues. 

Clues of how life can be tough, challenging, and also rewarding. 

Sometimes we're quick to discount stories of the past based on the time when people didn't have shoes, or maybe had to ride camels or horses, but the lessons...............

The lessons of how to overcome challenges in life are the same because they're built on the foundation of principles of life. 

Things come and go.  

I remember when VCRs were the newest innovation and we could watch our favorite shows anytime we wanted. 

I remember caller ID and voicemail machines.

I've taken a lot of courses on leadership. 

Read a lot of books on it. 

Been to tons of conferences. 

I do not believe I am a leader, but I've been designated as one from the people I serve. 

I don't know why some of these people follow me and turn to me for advice. 

I wasn't a leader in school. 

Wasn't a shot caller in the prisons or a gang leader. 

What I do is just do what's best for me. 

As a result, I see people coming to me to help them do the same for them. 

If i have problems, I have to figure them out. 

I'm not going to share them with others. 

I keep it to myself and figure shit out.  

If it is to be, it's up to me. 

I learned this from a guy at the car wash where I worked.  He was from the Brian Tracy organization. 

That stuck with me. 

The leader doesn't get bailed out. 

They have to be good at figuring things out by themselves. 

In order to be a the best leader I can be, I have to be a really good follower. 

Once you master this, you'll have people following you, but it requires you to help them. 

Do this and you'll never have to beg people to follow you.

I think one of the most powerful things you can do as a human being is being conscious of your strengths and weaknesses. 

If you know your weaknesses, then you know what you need to work on. 

For me, it's my emotions. 

I've been working on controlling them. 

I respond to violence.  

David Goggins trained me on this very thing and it worked for me. 

I talk to myself this way. 

It's degrading to others. 

I understand I have a weakness in my communication. 

For the last 10 years, I've been working on this. 

It's a power move to work on your deficits. 

I listen to books. 

Talk to people. 

Take in podcasts. 

Talk to ChatGPT to help me improve. 

I'm constantly searching for a solution to address my weaknesses. 

I turn my weaknesses into strengths by simply doing the work. 

I hate burpees, but I do more because I'm weak. 

Identify and know your weakness so you can improve and eradicate it. 

You're always going to have something to work on. 

Stay focused. 

Get conscious. 

Be better and do better.

I've learned so many lessons in life about how to be rich. 

I wasn't always rich, but I knew I didn't like being poor.  

So, I started studying finances and learned the mentality behind creating and being a good steward of my resources. 

Every single wealthy person you ever meet will tell you not to buy dumb shit. 

Warren Buffet still lives in his original house in the midwest. 

When he started banking tons of cash with Berkshire Hathaway, he didn't go out and buy a Lambo, fly private, or invest in an insane mansion.  

He could have, but he didn't. 

Mark Cuban has been heard saying the same thing to his atheletes that came to work with the Mavs...........he'd tell them, "This is a short run in your life.  One day, you'll not play basketball, so save your money." 

And while I tell you this, yes, I've been guilty of doing the same thing, but I used the Lambos and McLarens to make more money. 

I used private jets to create an experience to discuss business while also creating much-needed tax write-offs.  

And if you don't have what you think you should right now, or are not considered rich, listen closely to this episode. 

I'm giving you the game based on experiences and lessons learned that transcend all time and places. 

Good money principles are executed by the rich. 

One thing you can count on with money is it will come and go, but you have to make great decisions and do good shit with it.  It's the universe's way of testing to see if you're responsible with it so it can give you more.

You're not going to make everybody happy. 

Entrepreneurs lose money. 

They have ebbs and flows in business. 

It comes and goes. 

With women, they come and go. 

If one breaks your heart today, there's another waiting for you and 10 men waiting for the women. 

Most of the things we fear never really happen, but we waste so much time worrying about shit that doesn't matter. 

You can take a horse, put a bit in its mouth and tie it to a post and it will not move because it doesn't know its own strength. 

It will never leave that post. 

Human beings are the same way. 

We allow doubt, fear, and paralysis to rule our lives. 

Remember, you're the stronger sex. 

You're made for tough shit. 

Stop being afraid of life, grab your balls, and starting living your life!

There are many things I've done in my life. 

And there are many things I didn't do correctly, and got punished for them. 

I was horrible at selling drugs and got busted. 

I was not great at vetting business partners early on in my career and got highjacked and stolen from. 

I've failed in marriages.........3 to be exact. 

But the one thing I did get right is being a Dad. 

I make sure I spend time with my kids pouring into them.  

Teaching them lessons. 

Correcting them when necessary. 

Showing them the better way to do life. 

One way I know I'm a good Dad is the compliments I get about them from other people not in our family.  

They say, "Your kids are so well-behaved, well-mannered." 

Are they perfect?  

No, they're like every other kid that argues with their siblings from time to time. 

And they leave shit a mess sometimes, but one thing I do know is, my kids love hanging out with me. 

We do shit.  

And everything I'm teaching them is preparing them to be stellar individuals when they go out into the world on their own. 

While I run many businesses, I always make quality time for my children. 

They come right after my wife (their Mom), and if there's anything I get right in my life......it's being a Dad.
