Being in relationship with your body impacts every area of your life. It allows you to come home to who you are, and live a fully expressed life. In today's episode, I interviewed our client Jules about their gender identity journey as a trans person. They vulnerably share how getting out of their mind and into their body helped them feel safe to be who they are. They help others do the same through their work at their company, Hair for Humans. They talk about the ripple effect of embodiment in their life, and how they use it in their business as a hairdresser.

The work we do is so hard to describe. It's nuanced, deeply personal, and profound. In this episode, I chat with Dylan Toscano about why it's hard for men to open up about their emotions. There is still so much stigma around men's mental health, and Dylan vulnerably shares how this impacted him and the men around him. We also discuss how women in relationships with men can support their partners in feeling safe to express what they're going through. Dylan gives practical examples and steps that men can take to start navigating their mental health in a way that feels authentic. He talks about the courage it takes to challenge the current narrative around men's mental health and the freedom that lives on the other side.
