It’s not because your thoughts are “the truth.”

It’s not because that’s your personality.

It’s not because you just need to meditate more.

There’s a deeper thing that’s driving the NEED to keep overthinking.

What am I really afraid will happen if I STOP overthinking?

What do I believe it would mean about me, my life, and my identity?

How can I dismantle the shame so that I am free from the NEED to overthink?

When we no longer dehumanize ourselves for being 

Imperfect,

Unsuccessful, 

Incapable,

Vulnerable,

Uncertain,

Then we are free.
