The Healthier Tech Podcast is the show about building a healthier relationship with modern technology.

We live in a tech-centric world. Every year, technology enters more facets of our lives.

And we enjoy it. It provides us with entertainment, health care and much more; it fuels our economy and provides us with income. Technology has brought us a tremendous amount of value.

But with all this tech has come a downside. Increasingly, many of us have begun to realize: maybe this is too much? Maybe my personal relationship with technology is harming my health, my quality of life, and society in general?

This show is about finding that dividing line. Diving into the ways that technology adds value to our lives– AND the ways in which it can cause harm.

Each week, we'll interview a different guest – a business owner, an entrepreneur, a scientist, a doctor or a thought-leader. 

And with each guest, we're going to get into a discussion that pinpoints where they view this dividing line, the ways in which technology is helping their audience or their clients or their customers, and the ways in which maybe their clients, customers and audience could be using tech a bit more mindfully.
