Recently, I transferred $10,000 from my freedom fund to pay for flights, language school, and an Airbnb for a month abroad.
Two days later, a $9,500 tax refund landed in my account. I wasn't surprised.
Over and over, the universe has shown me that my savings ( what I call my Freedom Fund) is safe to use. And when I use it with intention, more comes.
In this episode, I'm sharing the belief that changed my relationship with money forever: it's safe to spend your money. During my divorce, I was still saving for "a rainy day," until I realized I was already living in it. I had to learn that money is meant to support me, not sit untouched while I struggle.
So many heart-centered women know how to save. But we grip tightly. We hesitate to spend. We restrict the very flow we say we want. When you mindfully spend, when you open your hands, money moves. And movement creates more movement.
This episode is an invitation to release constriction, use the pretty dishes, and let your money breathe.

Lately, I've been feeling a little "behind" in business. Not behind in a dramatic way, just not as far ahead as I'm used to being. Between the heaviness in the world and some personal challenges my family has been navigating, I've had to adjust my schedule, work a few late-night sessions, and give myself permission to not always be 57 steps ahead.
In this episode, I'm sharing two powerful lessons I learned after spending over $11,000 and 100+ hours on a personal legal situation last year. Work that only just now paid off emotionally and practically. It reminded me that in business (and life), results are almost always delayed. We live in a world wired for instant gratification, but the most meaningful wins like $100K years, paid-off debt, buying homes, stable peace… often take months or years to fully land.
I also talk about something we don't say out loud enough: how we can be deeply grateful our business supports us through hard seasons… and still wish we didn't have to spend our time and money navigating those hard things in the first place. Tune in for an honest conversation about delayed gratification, ambition, resilience, patriarchy, and gratitude.

In this episode, I'm sharing something that completely changed how I experience selling and making money each month: realizing I actually get to choose!
For a long time, I thought I needed to find the perfect strategy and stick to it forever. The "set it and forget it" model.
But our lives change. Our capacity shifts. The market evolves.
When I started allowing myself to adapt how I sell, instead of forcing myself into one rigid approach, everything got lighter, easier, and more aligned.
This episode will go into 6 areas of money making that you have a choice on, so you can pick the thing that's calling to you to make money this month while it feels free.

In this episode, I'm sharing why constantly rewriting your message is exhausting and unnecessary. I talk about the biggest messaging and marketing myths I see heart-centered business owners get stuck in, and the truths that actually lead to clarity, consistency, and sales without burnout.
This conversation is for you if you want a message you can continue to use for years, not weeks.

For making over $1MIL+ cash in my business, I sometimes surprise myself when the most basic lessons return. This week's episode was inspired by something that happened at home. My daughter joining Girl Scouts and selling cookies. I noticed myself taking over the project, carrying the pressure, and stressing about the outcome… until I realized I was missing the entire point.
That realization opened up a big reminder about overefforting. We do it a lot as heart centered women in business because we CARE. But often, we're actually blocking growth, ease, and sustainable money.
In this episode, I break down where overefforting shows up in sales, marketing, and client care, and how to step back in a way that creates more results, not less.

This episode is a little different, and honestly, I don't think I've ever shared something like this before. Six women inside my Get and Coach Your First Client community gave me permission to share the recording of a real, live group coaching call with you.
You'll hear the exact questions they're asking as they sign clients and grow their coaching businesses, and how I coach them in real time. I edited out the personal parts they requested, and I'm so grateful for how generous they were in allowing this behind-the-scenes look.
If you've ever wondered what it's like to be coached by me inside the 90 Day Intensive to sign clients, this episode gives you a very real feel for the experience - the coaching, the community, and the support that makes it so effective.

As my kids are getting older, we've been focusing less on rules and more on values. In this episode, I share the three core values we've been talking about at home and how they directly apply to your business, especially for things like your sales, marketing, and visibility.
So many entrepreneurs struggle to make money with ease because they've drifted away from their heart-centered values. In this episode, I walk you through each value and challenge you to choose one small, tangible action you can try this week to embody them more fully.

Last year, I made one of the biggest changes in my business - retiring a 5+ year mastermind and launching something completely new. But alongside that business shift, I've also been making personal changes that reflect where I believe the next decade is headed.
In this episode, I talk about slowing down, adapting in a world of AI and constant noise, and why protecting your creative edge is essential if you want your business to last. I'm sharing what I've changed, what I'm noticing, and why I truly believe stillness, mindfulness, and slowing down are strategic.

She also opens up about starting her coaching business later in life after a long, successful corporate career, including the very real identity shift of going from leading teams to becoming a beginner business owner.
