Meat Loaf Ball Recipe

Per 1 lb of beef
1/2 tsp salt
1 small onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp Italian seasoning
3/4 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 dash hot sauce of choice
1.5 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
bake 35-45 min on 400 degrees F
