Women experiencing menopause make up one-fourth of the workforce. And yet, less than one percent of businesses have any support or policies for these women. 

Women over the age of 50 are one of the fastest-growing demographics in the workplace. Understanding their unique challenges will help construct a supportive workplace and create many positive effects for businesses' most valuable asset?its employees.

Today we are lucky to be joined by Dr. Mache Seibel, who helps menopausal women who feel like a hot mess get in control of their lives, work, and relationships. He is a 20+ year member of the Harvard Medical School faculty, the Editor of The Hot Years™ magazine, and the recipient of multiple awards for speaking, writing, media coverage, research, and music. 

He talks today about his work in this field, his latest book "Working Through Menopause" which highlights menopause as a workplace issue?not just a woman's issue?that impacts employees, businesses, and the bottom line.
