Lou is a Mum of 3 and worked her way up the heady ranks of the corporate world for 22 years.

As she was approaching her 40th birthday (and coinciding with going back to work after maternity leave) she realised she felt trapped, dissatisfied and unfulfilled.

She also realised she didn't have a clue what to do about it or where to start figuring it out.

After a long journey of a bid to escape the 9-5 she finally had the lightbulb moment that her destiny was to be a coach.

As a Life, Confidence and Mindset Coach, Lou helps other women who are feeling lost, stuck or at a crossroads to figure out what lights them up, gives them the tools to pursue those long lost dreams and the confidence to live a fulfilled life as their best selves.

She sometimes has to pinch herself at the privilege of seeing women's growth on their own journeys of self-discovery!
