Today's episode of the Podcast Shayne and Dylan discuss the atrocities that have come to the surface in regards to indigenous peoples and the horrible past of residential schools here in Canada, and how we as men in our community can help better understand our past, learn from our mistakes and help rectify the situation.
The boys also tip toe around a very controversial subject that is Transgender athletes competing in women's sports, and how the decay of women's equality is happening in real time, in front of our very eyes. How men have a biological physical advantage over women, and how as men with daughters, what this might mean for our girls in the future.

Antony is an ADHD coach, based out Calgary AB. His company is called Maverick Minds https://www.maverickminds.ca/
Antony dives into what ADHD is, what it means for men, and how we can use it to our advantage. Shayne touches on being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and touches on his experience with his own mental health battles.
Both Antony and Shayne are members of the inner man project foundation, and facilitate the Calgary peer groups. If you are in Calgary you can check out the groups every Tuesday at 7PM, at Scarboro United Church!

Matt is a conductor by trade and a former corrections officer.
In 2019 Matt was the conductor of a train that was unfortunately, in a fatal car crash. Matt's story about his diagnosis following the accident and the adversity he has experienced since the tragic event was an eye opener to the dangers that working on the railways can be. Matt tells his incredible story and shows other the men the power of story telling and the benefits of being vulnerable. That speaking out is how we change the stigma surrounding men's mental health.
