Chef Salad Pizza

1. Brush Bottled Italian Vinaigrette Dressing 

over a store-bought “ready-to-bake” Pizza Crust

2. Top with Sliced Tomatoes, Deli Meat & Sliced or Shredded Cheese

3...Bake according to Pizza Crust instructions or till done

4. Meanwhile, toss Salad Greens with Chopped Hard Boiled Eggs &

   Vinaigrette

5, Cool Pizza slightly, then top with Salad & cut into wedges

Buy Some Great Cookies (Ones you love)

Buy the flavor of Ice Cream you want to use with cookies

1. Put a scoop of Ice Cream on one cookie & top with another
2. Roll the Ice Cream part in Chopped Nuts, Mini Chocolate Chips or Coconut
3. OR  Dip One Half in Melted Chocolate
4. Wrap Each One in Aluminum Foil and put in Freezer

Honey-Mustard Vinaigrette & Dip 

¼ Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tbl. Yellow Mustard

1 Tbl. Honey

3 Tbl. Grapeseed Oil

3 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp. Poppy Seeds

1. Whisk together the Vinegar, Mustard & Honey till smooth
2. Slowly drizzle in the Oils, whisking till smooth
3. Stir in Poppy Seeds and season with S&P

Great for a dip for Chicken Tenders or for Seafood or dressing on Romaine
If you don't have Grapeseed Oil.---go with 6 Tbl of Olive Oil

Sausage Cheese Balls 

1 Pound of Jimmy Deans Hot Pork Sausage (uncooked)

1 Pkg (16oz) Shredded Cheddar

3 Cups of Bisquick

1/3 Cup of Milk

1. Combine all ingredients & form into small balls (if too sticky add 2 Tbl Bisquick)

1. Bake on Parchment lined Cookie Sheets at 375 degrees for 13-15 Minutes
2. Serve with a toothpick & a side of Sweet/Hot Mustard for dipping.

You can freeze them on a cookie sheet & put them in plastic bags & use whenever

Broccoli Cheese Salad 

4 Cups of Fresh Broccoli, Cut into bite size pieces

1 Red Onion, Chopped

8oz. Cubed Cheddar Cheese

6 Slices of Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled

1. Combine all ingredients & toss with the following Dressing.
2. 1 Cup Mayo, ¼ Cup Sugar, 2 Tbl Vinegar - Mix well
3. Pour over Salad and Mix well!

El Pronto Chicken 

4 boneless /skinless Chicken Breasts (the halves)

1 stick of Butter - melted

¾ Cup of Seasoned Breadcrumbs (not Panko)

½ Cup of Parmesan Cheese

1. Dip chicken in the melted butter
2. Mix together breadcrumbs, cheese & some
3. garlic powder & salt & pepper
4. Roll the buttered chicken in the breadcrumbs
5. Place in a 9” x 13” greased baking dish/pan
6. Cover & bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for 55 minutes
7. Serve with a bed of rice or potatoes and a green vegetable

Malted Smores Ice Cream 

½ Cup of mini Marshmallows

1 Pint of Softened Vanilla Ice Cream

¼ Cup of Malted Milk Powder

3 Graham Crackers – crumbled

1. On parchment-lined baking sheet,
2. bake marshmallows at 425 degrees,
3. until just golden – 1-2 minutes
4. In a large bowl, mix ice cream & malted

                       milk powder

1. Using a rubber spatula, fold in graham
2. crackers & cooled marshmallows
3. Freeze until firm, at least 2-3 hours
4. Serve drizzled with chocolate syrup

Blueberry Crunch 

1 Can (20oz) Crushed Pineapple with Juice

1 Box (18oz) Yellow Cake Mix

3 Cups of Frozen or Fresh Blueberries

1/3 Cup of Sugar

1 Stick of Melted Butter

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spread Pineapple in buttered 13x9 baking dish
3. Sprinkle with Cake Mix, Blueberries & Sugar (Also 1 Cup of Chopped Pecans)
4. Drizzle with the melted Butter and Bake for 45 Minutes or till Bubbly

So good topped with Whippie or Vanilla Ice Cream....

1 Cup of Orange Juice

½ – 1 Cup of Almond Milk

½ Avocado

2 Tbl. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
