Popok reports that just moments after Todd Blanche was told he'd be nominated for AG by Trump, his DOJ is accused in a new blockbuster filing by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), the the leading anti-Hate group in America,  DOJ of violating the court's rules and the grand jury secrecy rules by releasing to the media an Unsigned, Undated, Draft, Word document version of the Superceding Indictment against it BEFORE the Grand Jury even had a chance to consider it, undermining the grand juries independence.  Will the Court sanction Todd Blanche and his lawyers for it?

It was a terrible day for Trump's embattled nominee to be the Director of National Security, the dangerously unqualified Bill Pulte, as Trump's top cabinet members took turns in separate Congressional hearings abusing him, threatening to punch him the face, a top Republican Senator said he would do the same and block his nomination, and the NYT branded him as not fit to serve in a new Editorial Board posting.  Popok explains why all of this likely dooms the nomination.

James Comey's daughter, Maureen's, wrongful termination case against the DOJ from firing the Epstein/Maxwell prosecutor before the Epstein FIles were released and Maxwell interviewed, is heating up, with her lawyers' now demanding that Todd Blanche and Pam Bondi give sworn testimony!  Popok updates on the case and its linkages to the Epstein scandal.
