In breaking news, the DOJ, led by Todd Blanche who was Trump's lawyer in the E Jean Carroll civil sex abuse and defamation case, is now investigating whether E Jean Carroll "lied" about the financial economics of her case, an issue fully evaluated and rejected both by the trial judge, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  Popok reports.

Popok reports on the new filing by 35 retired Federal Judges imploring Judge Williams, a Miami Federal Judge, to reopen the phony Trump v. IRS lawsuit, and conduct fact finding on whether the Court had been "deceived" by Trump, the DOJ and IRS, and whether a "fraud on the court" has occured to allow for sanctions against them.

In breaking news, Biden is finally fighting back and has filed his FIRST SUIT against TRUMP's DOJ, this time to stop release of his most personal and private musings contained on 70 hours of audio recordings by his biographer about the 2014-2015 year in Biden's life when he lost his son Beau to brain cancer and had to decide whether to run for president against Hillary in 2016.  They are not presidential papers, and they were not the basis of the Special Counsel Robert Hur's report about Biden's handling of classified documents, but Trump wants them released to try to cut and paste them and selectively edit them to embarrass Biden and diminish his legacy.

In breaking news and in a much needed win for the Democrats, a 3 judge Alabama Federal Judge panel, with 2 Trump appointed judges no less, and responding to the Supreme Court's recent decision to gut the Voting Rights Act, has for the second time found that Alabama INTENTIONALLY discriminated against its black residents, and struck down the State's use of the racist maps for the upcoming Midterms.  Popok reports.

The Trump White House is in overdrive to coverup Trump's failing health, as they are compelled to disclose that he is scheduled for his THIRD annual medical exam in 13 months and FOURTH medical visit in 19 months, which is far from normal and may indicate a chronic and failing health condition.  How will the Democrats get to the bottom of a health condition coverup which has reached national security proportions, and who will be impeached from the Administration for the continued coverup?  Popok is on it.

Popok explains that Michael Wolff, the journalist and chronicler of all things Epstein x Trump x Melania, can now either appeal to try to get Melania under oath in a deposition about where she really lives (i.e. in New York or at Mar a Lago), or can just file first in Florida before Melania does first, in an effort to avoid Judge Cannon presiding over any "Billion Dollar" defamation case between the two of them.  Even the Trump appointed Fed Judge in NY that dismissed Michael's case, observed that she DID NOT rule on the merits of his claims that everything he has said or written about Melania and Epstein are true or his opinion that can't form the basis of a threatened libel suit.

Trump may want you to believe that the Department of Homeland Security is "under new management" but its the same depraved lying organization that lies about hitting a US Senator with pepper spray during a detention center visit and site of a hunger strike, despite being caught on VIDEO!  Popok breaks the news.
